The main purpose of Mercy Co-worker Health & Wellness Program is to provide co-workers the opportunity to access tangible resources that assist in achieving your personal health and wellness goals. This program is designed by our very own Mercy certified professionals. It is our goal to be the primary resource for our co-workers’ health and wellness needs.

Inclement Weather Policy:

We make every effort to remain open for program training sessions; however, there may be times when the safety of our co-workers must be considered. Facebook, FrontdeskHQ, or emails may be used for posted notices. Notifications will be provided at 4:30 a.m. If you are scheduled, please check the media listed above or call 820-2172.

Individual Biometrics- Step 1 (NOT INSURANCE RELATED) Free

Any HAWC Program Member can take advantage of the FREE comprehensive health and wellness program that includes services found within the Four Pillars: Balance for Life, Breathe for Life, Eat for Life, and Move for Life.

Repeat of the screen is required every 6 months for all members.

*Mercy Health & Wellness Connection biometric screenings will not satisfy the requirements for the medical plan premium savings.


Orientations- Step 2 Free

Required as STEP 2, for all new members joining the HAWC and who have completed the STEP 1 Biometric Screening.


Classes

Restoration Movement

Mondays at 5:30pm

This 45 minute class focuses on developing those transitional postures and movements that are vital to functional daily activity. By utilizing only the weight of your own body, you will not only develop mobility, stability, strength, and stamina but the ability to use your body as it was designed.

This is a great addition to your program training sessions that will further assist you to reaching your personal goals.
